W.O.W. with Brandon

Women on Weights is group strength and conditioning class that meets three times a week for females. WOW has been an 8 year tradition that our owner Brandon brought with him from the YMCA. WOW originated out of a specific need for attentive strength training instruction for females wanting group exercise different from the typical group aerobic or “toning” class. Ladies of all ages joining the class benefit from physique altering group instruction, sometimes for the very first time! Add that to gaining lifelong friendships, and it just might become the only thing you do for your workouts.
