Bootcamp

Bring out the hidden athlete in you by joining Brandon’s band of bootcampers. This is NOT your ordinary exercise class. Emphasis is on moving better and building strength and conditioning using straps, bands, free weights, sleds, and other fun toys! We want to help you tap into the best version of YOU. If you pay close attention, you will walk away with practical gems of dietary information, as well. And hey, you MIGHT even meet your future spouse! Class is offered at a variety of times and days during the week. (Check our calendar for class times.) P.S. Brandon is not a fan of the old adage “No pain, No gain.” Instead, his motto is “Do no harm.”
