Ballet Barre

Offered twice a week, Ballet/Barre incorporates jètés, pliés, and ballet training with bands and body weights. The floor work consists of passes across the floor with bourré, plié, and various dance moves, followed by balances and burpees, mixed with ballet jumps, planks, and simple dance moves that elevate the heart rate. Whether you’ve had any formal dance training or not , this class is guaranteed to provide localized burn, intended to help sculpt beautiful legs and arms, and works to stabilize the posture.
